Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference.
What happens after the beta period?
Beta users get lifetime discounted pricing as a thank you for helping us improve the platform. We'll notify you at least 30 days before any charges begin, and you can choose to continue or cancel at any time.
How does brokerage billing work?
Brokerage plans include a set number of agent seats with one monthly payment. Add or remove agents anytime—additional seats are billed at the per-agent rate. All billing is centralized under the brokerage account.
Can agents keep their data if they leave the brokerage?
Yes. Agents own their contacts, transactions, and work product. If they leave, they can export their data or switch to an individual plan to maintain access.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption, secure cloud storage, and regular security audits. Your data is backed up daily and never shared with third parties.
