Michelle and I bought a new condo
Michelle and I put a contract on a condo in Athens today....Its a 1 bedroom studio with 1 bathroom. Its is pretty small, about 400 sq ft...but it makes up for it in quality. This is a perfect room for someone wanting to live by themselves, a law student who doesn't need distractions, or a graduate student. We will close on the condo by the end of the month. It will be ready to rent out after that. Anyone need a 1 bed 1 bath studio apt in Athens, Georgia or know someone who is looking, let me know!

Sweet, I am defintly going to keep an eye on your progress and see how it goes, I would love to do the same thing out in Athens or up in Kennesaw/Mountains then slowly graduate to some beach property (it's so damn expensive now).
